Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire. We are an online only retailer and cannot accommodate collection orders from our premises.
UK delivery times are within 2-10 days (not including weekends). All our carriers are working as normal and will continue to deliver orders in a reasonable time. Note that for safety reasons, courier drivers may not require a signature on delivery.
Returning a product
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please contact us at info@collumino.co.uk to request a returns authorisation.
