Shipping
We now offer free shipping to most locations in England, Wales and Scotland. Some remote postcodes require a surcharge for the delivery of larger items weighing over 2kg, we will contact you with details before dispatch.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Suffolk, UK. We are an online only retailer and cannot accommodate collection orders from our premises.
We use Royal Mail Tracked Parcel service for small items, and DPD Tracked service for large size items. Both methods include parcel tracking. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (not including weekends), with estimated delivery times from 2-5 days. Remote postcodes may experience delays of a few days.
Please note, currently we are unable to ship to locations outside the United Kingdom.
Returning a product
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange it for something else. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please contact us at info@collumino.co.uk to request a returns authorisation.
